Grand Slam was crated by a group of retired ball players who played to all go into the Hall of Fame. This book isn't so much a novel as it is a tips and tricks book on what these ball players thought throughout their life about teaching a kid how to play. All these players have had extreme experiences to playing baseball in the World Series, or fighting for a spot in the playoffs. This gave me much motivation in the mid-winter season to go train and try out some of the workouts stated throughout the book, whether it'd be for pitching, or for outfield. All in all, this was a very fun and relate able read due to all the baseball words used throughout my everyday life on the ball field.
