Themed months, I like this!! Series Smash is such a good one because yeah I definitely need to finish some of those series I've already started haha.
I think I'll come at this 3 ways... 1. ARCs
[too many, I'll add them as I read them]
2. Books I meant to read in 2019
✨King of Scars
✨Croak
✨Shadowshaper
✨Nemesis
✨The Last Unicorn
✨Tris's Book
✨A Winter's Promise
✨Death Bringer
✨The Blue Sword
✨The Demon King
3. Books I want to read/re-read
✨The Cruel Prince - re-read cruel prince and I want to read the series now that it is over.
✨Scythe - another re-read to read the rest of the series
✨Shades of Magic Vol. 1: The Steel Prince
✨Rebel of the Sands
✨The Star-Touched Queen
Read:
Sci-fi is 50/50 for me between really liking it or DNFing it. I'll probably be looking at everyone's TBRs for some suggestions! I do really want to read
Aurora Rising. After that we will see!
Little late to signing up but here are the ones I'm hoping to read this month!
Written in Red -- I've been dying to re-read this.
PERfunctory AfFECTION -- an ARC I have that seems Thriller-ish
City of the Lost -- My hold on this one finally came through, so I'm definitely excited to read this thriller :D
My first pick is
The Boneless Mercies! After I finish reading it (whenever that might be) I'll pick another one :)
I'll probably be joining Late-a-thon because I somehow have a pile of ARCs backed up.... again. HOw?! I read so much it is just shocking how this happens!
This might change as I'm still going to be trying to read most of these! Anticipated 2018 reads I didn't get to:
Dread Nation
The Smoke Thieves
City of Bastards
My Plain Jane
Catwoman: Soulstealer
Not Even Bones
The Boneless Mercies
The Lady's Guide to Petticoats and Piracy
The Brilliant Death
Navigating the Stars
Firefly: Big Damn Hero
Charming
Challenge books leftover from last year:
The Crow
The Lost Hero
Hello hello! I'm Sionna (Think Fiona, but with a C sound instead of Fi). I am a new Youth Services Librarian and loving it! Love working with youth and love giving them the information they need when they need it. And of course, recommending books ^_^
My favorite genres are fantasy and romance and I have huge love for YA. Mystery is also a big fave when I'm in the mood for it. Some of my favorite authors are Leigh Bardugo, Ilona Andrews, and Penny Reid.
Besides work I don't do much except hang with my fiance and my dog, Lizzy -- I tend to be a homebody, so I get A LOT of reading done... just never the reading I intend to do which makes me TBR grow and grow.
I'm trying to keep it under 700 with my goal being 650, but as of right now that seems like a pipe dream haha.
