Pumpkin Pie!

I made both pumkin pie and pumpkin chocolate chip muffins! I will propably never make pumpin pie again... because if I have a pumpkin I would rather make chocolate chip muffins! They were amazing. The hardest thing (and probably the most dangerous) was cutting the pumkin into small pieces, but I didn't cut myself! :)I've got photos and if I figure how, I could upload them.

I like everything with chocolate in it (chocolate marmalade cake sounds really interesting!)! :) I also find yeast rather fascinating, and it smells good... So I love making cinnamon buns, since it is traditional here in sweden, and everyone loves them, but mostly they are just fun to make!

I just made a pumpkin pie!!! At the same time I made applesauce/apple purée (don't know which word is the right one, or is it the same thing?) I've got like a kilo of pumpkin left so I guess I have to take care of that tomorrow, maybe I'll make some muffins. :)

I've never made anything with pumpkin before either, so that will be interesting. I bought a pumpkin a few days ago for no reason (or just because I've never had one before). :) I think I'll try to make a pie, it will be challenging enough. Wonder how it tastes... (Oh, no. I haven't lived under a rock or something, I just live in Sweden... )

I've been avoiding handmixers since I was eight when my hair got stuck in one. I fortunately got over it last year when I started baking more complicated stuff that required an handmixer. But I always put my hair in a ponytail before using it though.
