Began to think y'all had decided "Go Set a Watchman" would be the next read for the group...saw both Lauren & Alyson starting it at about the same time :)

While I acknowledge that I will be one of the worst to perpetuate our non-discussion of any book, I had to share the following from my quiet time this morning. Following a cross-reference from Psalm 37 on the verse about "the LORD bringing forth your righteousness as the light", I found a phrase in Is.58:13 that reminded me of a scolding I heard more than once in "Cry".

Read the verse (in ESV just in case). Curious who else notices the phrase that I remember. :)

Katie - has your dad told you about the song "Mother Russia"? Some time back you had mentioned the song "Ocean Gypsy"... "Mother Russia" is by the same group that (originally?) did "Ocean Gypsy". It is about Alexander Solzhenitsyn.

I would be happy to participate... I get in about 10-20 minutes of reading a day... when I am getting ready for bed LOL... takes me a while to get through a book.

Sorry... sooooooooooooo busy... heard Steve Brown ("Key Life") say "busy as a mosquito in a nudist colony"... looking forward to participating when things lighten up a little.
