Dana, I somehow missed the fact that you posted this question! So sorry. I love making up funny names and then speculating about what those names might be like as real people. I never even thought about writing about them until another writer suggested it!

Yes, I am. Two things: I am flattered if anyone thinks I am as brilliant as Pirandello, and second: my book is nothing like Pirandello. Since the titles are only similar and not really that close, it isn't an issue for me. I don't think that any one who reads my book description would be fooled into thinking it is Pirandello in another guise. Thanks for the question, Alan!
