I figured now would be a good time to ask since it’s been a few months

I’m a spazz as most people know and Bryce had been encouraging me to meditate to chill. A book he was working through was Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics. Once I get my hands on it, I’ll post my thoughts. Dan Harris has been quite popular lately for his easy introductions to meditation.
