Yay! I just finished "The Power" by Naomi Alderman (highly recommend) and was hoping we'd get this started soon! I'm looking forward to discussing this with y'all.

I think you're spot on about it, John. It's been a siphoning of action through character development. But very entertaining early on. As a fan of sprawl (Wallace and the only Chabon I read, Kavalier and Klay), I like it so far.

Thanks for the article, John. And thanks for the Sandy Bull! I'm going to load it onto my iPad so I can listen to it next time I sit down to read.
