I would definitely have to go with Mossflower. I actually refuse to reread this book because I don't want to tarnish my childhood memories of it.
I do want to. I'll probably read Martin the Warrior and have it read by the new year. I can't promise anything sooner than that, though. It was my plan to read it over winter break.
Haha, Hey Tessa. It was a pretty good installment into the series. If you want to start a general discussion, I'll be able to respond throughout the day in between housework. It's my day off. :) I don't have a copy of the book on me though; I've already turned it back into the library. I have a crappy epub version. I can probably find that rather quickly, but references might be a bit off. If you need help coming up with a starting topic, (I doubt you will), let me know.
Okay, awesome. I don't think it's going to actually be a "thing," unfortunately, but I'm still game. I've finished Brocktree; let me know when you finish, and we can discuss it. Maybe other people will join in?
Hey all,I know everyone's busy with summer reading (:P), but I was wondering if this read-a-long was still going to be a thing? I'm pretty excited to revisit the series. What does everyone think? Is this still a go?

Just wondering if anybody has started our first book yet. I know we haven't talked about the read-along that much, but I am excited to start Martin the Warrior--I don't feel like being patient, but I will wait. :)
Here's what I found on Goodreads for the chronological order: https://www.goodreads.com/series/5193...
I'd like to read them chronilogically. It's something I've always wanted to do but never got around to. Like I said, though, I just finished Lord Brocktree (first in the chronilogical order, not that you all didn't know that ;P), so I'll be a book ahead.
I have seen the show too, but I like the books better. :P Isn't that always the case? There are a few towards the end of Jacques's career that I haven't read, i.e., Sable Queen, but I did read Doomwyte. It was . . . interesting.
Okay, sounds good. We'll have to discuss it a little further in a few days. Maybe someone will see activity in the group and read what we have here and also decide it's a good idea. I'll make a general post in a couple days if no one shows up. How do you feel about this, Anne?
I am feeling there's quite a few fans around, but sadly, I think people have run out of things to say. You guys have any ideas of what might spark interest in the series again? We could do a group read-along from the beginning of the series (publishing or chronological order). I'm sure by the time we got to the end of the stories, we'd have all sorts of fans that tagged along.
Awesomesauce! Maybe we can kick the group back into motion! The roleplay sounded kinda fun, but we'd need more than a couple hares to face the wrath of mighty Ugnat Trunn.
I was a really big fan of the Redwall books growing up. Now that I've started reading them again, I can't tell you why I ever stepped away from the series. Alas, we all have to grow old. :/ Any, I was wondering if the group was still active. It would be nice to get in touch with other fans of the epic tales.I started the series over. I just finished Lord Brocktree. Where is everyone else at?
