I do agree with your sentiment about turning your brain off while reading the book. Doing that with some books and movies make them far more enjoyable.

Anyone finding the book hard to get into? That seems to be the one issue that many have with it.

Neat. While some dislike the Eragon series. I find them to be a great quick read, much like the Harry Potter series.

Thanks for the offer, but it is okay. I will more than likely grab it. $14 not a huge deal. And I may just donate it afterwords.

Gah, apparently my local library can not retrieve the book, it is too new. Hardcover is around $14 or so on Amazon at the moment.

Library thing here as well. Two month schedule will help me greatly.

Reading the first three books in Butcher's Dresden Files. On the second one currently, Fool Moon. Been awhile since a book actually kept me awake.

Yeah. Been very busy of late as well. I have lots of books on backlog as well. And of course I just bought Sense & sensibility & Sea Monsters, so another goes on the pile.

The Road is an excellent title.
