The book I am Currently reading is To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. I recommend this book to people 13 and over because it is confusing t the beginning of the book.In this book there are 3 main characters. Jem, Atticus, and Scout. Atticus is the father os scout,a girl, and her little brother Jem. At the point i am in the book is when scout and Jem have a friend named Dill. In their town there is a man who has never gone outside because he got in trouble with the police. They call him Boo because they think that he is old and eats cats and is scary looking. Many people enjoy this book, The New York Times- "Marvelous... Miss Lee's original characters re people to cherish in this winning first novel." Harper's Magazine- " A novel of great sweetness, humor,compassion,and of mystery carefully sustained." Boston Herald-"Has pace and power... over flowing with life" I believe this book has not won any awards but it was the bestseller when it first published in 1960.

Teens talk Middle school by Jack Canfield is a very interesting book. This book contains different short stories that are base on actual stries.The first story in the book is about a girl whos is 12 and is in middle school but is not popular becaus she is not 13.One day her mom told her that she was signed up to go camping for two week with a popular 13 year old girl. She thought they will never be friend but they ended up being best friends for many years. This book hasnt won any award but it should because it can help other kids know they can be friends with everyone. Kids from ages 12 to 15 should read this book to know what middle school is like.

Honey Blonde Chica by Michele Serros is the book I am currently reading. This book has a lot of drama in it. I recomend this book to mostly girls ages 13 and above who know how to read spanish because there are some words in spanish. boys are welcome to read it too. this book is similar to Sweet Treats and Secret Crushes because there are three best friends that they end up leaving eachother at some time in the story.This book hasn't won any awards but i think it should. When Evie,the main character, Raquel,Evie's best friend, and Dela,and old friend from Mexico meet again after years. Dela made Evie and Raquel seperate from each other. Honey Blonde Chicka by Michele Serros is a great book about a girl who likes to party a lot but gets in trouble because of her best friend Raquel and her friend doesn't even bother to call her to see how she is doing. This book hasn't won any awards but I think it should.I recommend thid book to evryone who likes to read about experiences that some people hav gone through. This book is a hispanic book.

Have you ever wondered if there are other people in the world that have similarities with you? In the book A Mango Shaped Space, the author, Wendy Mass, tells the story of a girl named Mia who has a disease that allows her to see colors when she hears a sound or when she sees words. At first she thought it was normal until she find outs that it isn’t. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy. Other than A Mango Shaped Space, Wendy Mass has written Jeremy Fink and the Meaning of Life, Every soul a Star, and The Candymakers. Other Authors that have won prizes have commented on the book. For example Meg Cabot said, “Funny and touching at the same time. Wendy has a winner in Mango’s Mia!”
