50x66 Have you ever known what it feels like to be lonely or feel like your life sucks? Well in this book Rawly feels this way since his brother is in prison and his father dead. I loved this book and thought it was funny too. I recommend this book for people ages in teens and up. Some books by the same author are Alamo Wars, Who's Buried In The Garden?,and My Father, the angel of death.
Some quotes by other people like "This story of three Latino boys with Stephen Kingish imaginations ought to find a wide audience."- Kirkus Reviews on one of his books.

50x66 That Was Then, This Is Now by S.E. Hinton I think is a great book, one of my favorites. It is an ALA Notable Book. I recommend this book for people in ages in between middle school and adults. Some books also written by S.E. Hinton are Rumble Fish, Tex, and The Outsiders. This book is similar to Brothers In Arms in the fact that in both books the characters have to let go of one person on order to keep moving in life the right way.

50x66 Have you ever wondered or experirnce what it feels like to loose a family member? In this book Brothers In Arms by Paul Langun, unfortunately Martin Luna looses his younger brother due to a gang.It is a really sad book, it is really intense it made me tear up. I recommend this book for teens and adults as well. Another book by him is The Bully. Pg.152 "Rest in peace, Huero. I'll make you proud." it is impressing to see some one want to make one of the person's they loved proud of them in a good way.
