Yes, but they should be turned of/put away/in silent mode during class. My school recently changed their rules so cell phones are still not allowed IN class, but we can have them out (along with other electronic devices) during lunch or passing time.

Hi! My name is Beth and I don't really have a favorite book, but a few that I like are the Hunger Games, Maximum Ride, and Harry Potter, though there are many more.... Fave dessert is cupcakes! Or fudge.. or really anything sugary XD I'm 15 and I have 2 siblings.
