I thought about making it a concrete number like 80 or 100 books . . . but I think it would affect my enjoyment of the books if I went on a speed-reading jag. Especially since I like to read fat books . . . like Colleen McCullough's ROME series which took me months per book and I am now reading DROOD which is 700 pages +. So my 2010 goal is to best my 2009 record which was 75 books. I am at 33 books-- about 3 books ahead at this time of the year.
