Hey guys,
I think here's a great place to suggest books you have read to others. I've added 4 of my favourites to the bookshelf already. If we can get a couple from everyone that would be a great start.
Feel free to add books that will help not only with coding, but also with all other aspects of work, life and achieving happiness!

Check out Design Patterns in Ruby by Russ Olsen. Its an awesome book to start learning about design patterns without getting too bogged down in the theory.
Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture is on my list to read too but I've heard really good things about it, so I'm sure it'd be a good choice as well.
