I enjoy Google bookstore. Main reason I am able to read my books online anywhere without adding any software to the computer I am using. I just login to Google and navigate to the bookstore and enjoy my books. No problems with downloading to my Sony PRS-600. I also like the sample feature. It gives me an chance to determine if I like the book. I feel confident that the site is secure. I wish the site had a little more eye appeal. Prices are the same as any other book site.

The newest version of Calibre stops working on my system. I uninstalled it and give up. The .55 version worked. Anyone else having problems with version .56? Perhaps an even newer version will help.

I will avoid that program now. Thanks for the help

Has anyone attempted to use Calibre? I wonder if it is a good or better replacement for the Sony Reader software? I have a large number of books on my reader. It has slowed it down. Perhaps installing Claibre will speed things up a bit? Thanks in advance for any replies.
