"Better than "Dead or Alive" but still forgetable. Just this summer read the book and cannot remember one thing about the story. If your expecting "Clear and Present Danger","Hunt for Red October" or "Executive Orders" then forget this book."

"I read this book close to twenty years ago and for ten years after did not pick up a Stephen King book. His character development was excellent as always but his ending had me throwing the book across the room,the only time I have ever done that. Save your eyes for some of Kings more classic works such as "The Shining" and "Needful Things"."

"First my disclaimer. I did not finish this book. Reaching page 600 and something I felt enough time had been wasted. Poor character development, confusing storyline and a I just don't give a F**k what happens experience. It amazes me that a man spent decades publishing well researched, fast paced books that kept the reader enthralled and then in a year puts out two pieces of trash bearing his name. If you have time to waste or are looking for a way to "NOT" write a successful novel reasd this book."
