So far, the most useful book I’ve read. It’s reminiscent of Fromm’s work, but without the excessive religion and anti-capitalist critique. Plus, it actually gives real advice and practical exercises."

Very similar to Fromm’s book, but from a Buddhist perspective. Quite short, with a lot of rather obvious points, though that’s actually a plus. Many ideas made me seriously reflect.

I couldn’t bear it and didn’t finish reading. An utterly trivial book, totally “for moms.” I laughed so hard at the practical exercises I was rolling on the floor. Absolutely cringy."
