"One of the strongest parts of the book is the section about the lived experience of kundalini awakening. It felt honest and very real, not so romanticized or exaggerated. I have read few descriptions of kundalini before, and this is honestly one of the best ones I have read. It helped me to understand things I had seen elsewhere but never really made sense for me."
