Oh yes, thank you for reminding me about Merrily Watkins! I must get back to that series. I hope it continues as well as it started.

I put the second up the TBR pile then that ubiquitous "sommit 'happened" happened and it got forgotten about in the avalanche of brilliant reading material that popped up all at once.

Exactly! I feel like I'm being called in a hundred different directions with so many great books to read. The other day I checked the first 100 books on my to-read shelf and discovered some beauties I had completely forgotten about.
