Thank you so much As I said Fifty is number one and Master Adam from the Rescue Me is a close second to me. I have heard good reviews about the Shadowland series by Cherise Sinclair but I'm afraid it may be too hardcore for me by the sound of what happens in the series (caning no thank you). What I love about Fifty and the Rescue Me series is they are beautiful erotic romance stories with BDSM in it. The BDSM is NOT the main plot. :)

I totally agree. I love a good erotic story like anyone else, but Im not much for the "pain" unless its emotional pain. Thats what the Fifty books were to me as well. Yeah, the sexual scenes were intense and well done, but it was the emotional aspects and the characters development/growth that I fell in love with. I can't read a book purely for the sex. I need that emotional connection. I downloaded Master at Arms and Im looking forward to reading it.. right now Im in the middle of an emotional roller coaster in the current book Im reading. But I look forward to the Masters books.

We are very much alot in that aspect. I need to develop an emotional connection with the characters and as you said it is the emotional aspects and the characters development/growth that I fall in love
with. You will definitely love the Rescue Me series because it is such an emotional read. :)
