"Most of the stuff in this book is "small stuff" involving behavioral and consumption changes. There are some good tips there. The more intensive and expensive changes I haven't made, so can't attest to their value, ease of implementation or the results claimed for them in the book. Great photos and illustrations, very positive and upbeat throughout, and worth reading just for the ideas included in the book."
