"You know, I'm kinda scared to read this one. I became way too emotionally invested in these characters. The ending to CP was a mess (and when I say a mess, I'm not talking about the writing, noooo I'm refering to the mess of angst this book emitted mercilessly... and the mess of dread and just plain emotional ick this book left me in) but I gotta know how everything turns out in the end."

"I really like Rhine's character; I like that she's strong and stays focused on getting whatever freedom and home she had in the world of Whither back. Even though I'm a sucker for romance, I love that Rhine isn't sucked into those kinds of feelings so easily that she loses sight of what she really wants and I love that the main focus in these books is Rhine fighting to get back home instead of who she's most into romantically. This world is gritty and dark, and I can't wait to know how everything will turn out."
