I hope Bella Swan gets cancer and Edward Whathisface sucks her blood and gets the cancer, but his vampirocity turns it into Super AIDS.

A book series about abstinence turned into a movie selling sex to 12 year old girls. I just hope they never let the same producers get ahold of "Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret..." because they'll turn it into an action flick.

I only wish that I'd read a Harry Potter book because I'm sure I would have put it here. I love Top lists, but they're mostly crap anyways.
