Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe (Aristotle and Dante, #1)

"This is by far my favorite book I have read. The writing style is amazing and there is a poetic aspect to it. It is a fast read and it has a fantastic story. I fell in love with the characters at the beginning. This story seems very realistic to me, which makes it more enjoyable for me. This is a great coming-of-age story about two boys who learn how to deal with life. This is written like how a kid's life goes. Some little moments in kids' lives are more important than others and this writing style shows that. The parental figures in this story are the most realistic parental figures I have read about. In a lot of YA fiction, the parental figures are not a)realistic, b)seeming to care about the kids, c)annoying and act like a kid. In this book, no, the parents were not perfect. But yes, they were loving and realistic. This book does not have a plot, so to speak. It just goes through these kids lives together and follows their thoughts."
