"This is a small book with a big grasp on human interaction and dynamics. I read this book the first time in high school and it really enlightened me to the way people behave with one another. The whole of social interaction-- and its complexities and subtleties-- can be broken down into which of these three categories (Adult, Parent, Child) each person is acting in. Great book!"
