The Kind Diet: A Simple Guide to Feeling Great, Losing Weight, and Saving the Planet
by
"This book will hold your hand gently and carefully guide you to a new lifestyle. Alicia is very sweet, forgiving and nurturing in her book and definitely won't scare you off if you are timid. The recipes are pretty good, too, though not always practical."
