I searched, but couldn't find a book that matches the criteria.
I could lower the average rating of my Mein Kampf to 2,98 if I rate all 224 editions with 1 star, or raise it to 3,04 with 224 5 star ratings.

I ordered my books by average rating (descending) and immediately found several examples. Surprised to hear that you don't!

I did exactly that. All of my that have an avg rating less than have too few ratings.
But I found one (two actually from the same author). I read your review of "Swan" and had to think of a German music producer and voilà :) I'll add it right away.
