The Road to Bedlam (Courts of the Feyre, #2)
by
"Second part of a promising series. I have to say I'm intrigued by the supposed "bad guys" in these stories. All is not quite what it seems, which is about right when it comes to Faerie Folk."

Snake Agent (Detective Inspector Chen, #1)
by
"Operating out of Singapore Three, Detective Inspector Chen just wants to do his job and be left alone, but his co-workers are all afraid of him and his superiors are wary. His job is to investigate supernatural and mystical crimes that regular cops can't (and won't) handle. When a case occurs that crosses jurisdiction, DI Chen is paired with Seneschal Zhu Irzh, who works Vice - in Hell. These two quickly became my favorite "cop" duo. I love this book. "
