BookLovingLady (deceased Jan. 25, 2023...) Hi Susanna,

There aren't any books visible here. Didn't you vote for any, or did someone remove your votes?

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads Pretty sure I voted on this - that's weird.

BookLovingLady (deceased Jan. 25, 2023...) The odd thing is that it looks like you voted, otherwise I wouldn't be able to see your name under 'LISTS MY FRIENDS HAVE VOTED ON', which is how I found this list. Yet there are no books. Like you said, weird...

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads Yeah, that was definitely weird. (Not as weird as having found a possum in our house just now, but weird!)

BookLovingLady (deceased Jan. 25, 2023...) I just checked: Ashley deleted three books, The Man in the High Castle, Farthing and The Handmaid's Tale, and all books were read by you. Maybe she deleted your votes?

BookLovingLady (deceased Jan. 25, 2023...) My uncle and aunt in NZ found a possum in their garage once :-) Garage was built into the house.

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads We still don't know how it got in.

BookLovingLady (deceased Jan. 25, 2023...) Neither did they, it was just there for several days.

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads Well, the nice man came to take it away this morning - there is an ungodly mess in the sun parlor, though!

I bet there is... When I was staying in Cradle Mountain in Tasmania, we were warned not to let the door open when we brought in the suitcases, otherwise a possum might get in. And they had a sort of metal insect screens in front of all the windows as well. When it got dark, we understood all the precautions :-)

My uncle and aunt left the garage door open, hoping the possum would get out, but it still took several days before it finally did...
