"I remember the first time that I read this book. I was in fourth grade and I was struggling with social abilities. I was very awkward and not a lot of the kids seemed to like me. I began thinking that the only things that really mattered were popularity and how cool you were. After reading this book, I realized the most important thing in the world are love, friendship, and courage. There are many great books out there with probably better stories, but NONE of them will teach me as much as I learned while reading this book. Currently, in my life, I am having some really big struggles. It is possibly the darkest part of my life so far. I find that the only thing keeping me from going insane is doing the thing I love: rererererererererererereading Harry Potter. And, Merlin's beard, I've forgotten how well this book seems to cheer me up. Connecting with the people that made up my childhood again is a fantastic experience! All the people who don't like Harry Potter don't know what this story is truly about. Because it's not just about a wizard boy going to school and saving the world. It is so much more than that and I don't think there will ever be again a story that represents these life-changing values as well as J. K. Rowling. I don't just recommend this book to you. I beg you with all of my flesh and blood that you pick this book up, whether you're a reader or not. Whether you've read it or not. Whether you have interest in reading it or not. IN OTHER WORDS, IF YOU ARE A HUMAN I NEED YOU TO STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING, RUN TO THE LIBRARY OR BOOKSTORE, AND READ. THE. SORCERER'S. STONE."
