I’m surprised that you’ve read just 10 of the winners. If we took into account finalists, too, I feel sure your number would outstrip mine. I’ve still never read Life of Pi. I’ve born a grudge against it from the beginning for triumphing over the writers whose novels it bested. That was one of the great shortlists of all-time.

That stat is a bit misleading. I only started recording books on GR a few years ago, after I had read many of these. The ones I haven't read are mostly within the past decade.
