A really inspiring book about an awesome teacher. Was it because he was in the right school? had the right kids? or??? who knows but as a former teacher, I truly respected his methods and believe that all teachers should strive to bring life into the classroom rather than "open your book to page....blah blah blah.....Our hair IS on fire as our kids are going to face problems that we couldn't even dream of....I want kids to feel empowered with their knowledge and have the ability to cope with anything. I hope ALL teachers read this and that it makes an impact in their life and more importantly, their students' lives!
