message 1: by Jessica (new)

Jessica interesting that nearly all the top 100 books on the list are YA titles!

message 2: by Daniel (new)

Daniel Do you think that's because of what people read or which people like to make lists?

message 3: by Jessica (new)

Jessica Ever since The Hunger Games, YA lit has been blowing up and it's now "cool" to read it (kinda like what happened with Harry Potter and children's books). But you bring up a good point... are teens more likely to make a goodreads list? I personally don't know any teens who even use goodreads (although the youth at church aren't readers...)

Daniel Good point! It is true though, many people are reading YA lit. It's fun, engaging and easier to read.
