Twilight (The Twilight Saga, #1)
by
"I must admit that when my daughter first mentioned this book, and how much she liked it, I was not the least bit interested in reading a book about vampires. My daughter informed me that it was much more than a book about vampires, that it was a love story that she knew I would enjoy if only I gave it a chance. With slight hesitation, I picked up her copy of Twilight and began to read...and then kept going with the next three books...I loved them all! That is why I vote for this book.

The Time Traveler's Wife

The Lovely Bones
by
"I added this book because it was written in such a way that I felt like I was in the characters mind, if that makes any sense at all. I thoroughly enjoyed it and read it very quickly."

Outlander (Outlander, #1)
by
"This book was recommended to me by a college professor, so I decided to give it a try. Outlander is now on my top ten books ever read, I absolutely loved it from beginning to end and have since gone on to read all the other books in this series. It had so many elements I loved: history, love, Scotland, time travel and mystery. I plan on reading the entire series again one day in the near future, that's how much I love these books."
