I'd open a pretty little shop with the things I love best so I could be around them all day (artwork, clothing, pottery, etc).
Something food or drink related! I'd buy a vineyard, attend culinary school to become a chef, open a coffee shop, or begin a catering business.
None of the above, I already have it.
