I am not sure whether I believe he is alive or dead??? If he is dead I find it hard to believe the doctor just screwed up and got away with it. If he is not dead, that would make more sense to me. After a lifetime of the spotlight a new persona and a new life may be what a lot of old stars have found and the only way to get the public off of their backs is to believe they died. Of course all we can do is speculate.

I do not believe he was murdered. I do believe however, that in his insistence to stay young y never die he used some unconventional practices y drugs which were absolutely a part of the cause of his demise.
Michael wasn't murdered. But this so-called "doctor" is culpable in his death. Michael was a brilliant singer/song writer/producer/arranger, but he was also a strange man with numerous psychological issues.

He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and served two years of a four year sentence--and lost his license to practice.
I don't believe he was murdered. I believe he was surrounded by people who wouldn't tell him the truth about the direction his life was heading. They were on a gravy train and doing very nicely out of it.

I would not want the responsibility of identifying let alone treating any persons illness. Then there are the doctors, and I've met lots of them these days that don't spend more than 2 minutes with their patients, don't want any complicated patients, only want to discuss 1 issue, maximize their clientele and go home early. Sorry, I forgot this was about Michael Jackson. Obviously a brilliant, used and abused individual. I like to imagine that he merely staged his own death and got away to live another life in peace. I do this with a lot of the stars that I read have passed away early.
Not in the sense it was pre-mediated. Dumb SOB wanted more drugs to sleep. Doc caved in and that was the end.

Wow! Thanks so much for all the info. and setting the record straight. Now does anyone have anything on Heath Ledger or Robin Williams.
Not murdered, no. But I wouldn't be surprised if he's living it up on a remote island undetectable by radar, happy that his reputation was restored through his demise. :)
He was definitely an emotionally disturbed individual. I think the damage he did to himself... not just physical, but also all the other emotional disturbances that notoriously affected his reputation, is all a part of his stagnated mental growth of that of a child. From what I understand, he always felt he lived in isolation, so I'm not sure he'd want to live out his days in even deeper isolation on a remote island. He is definitely an individual I feel a certain sadness for... one of those people who never got to live the life he wanted, no matter how hard he tried. It saddened me to watch him destroy himself as he was constantly trying to redefine himself, but never into the person he wanted to become.
I saw a video taken at an event (seemed small) where Michael Jackson called the head of SONY a demonic evil to the core monster or something equally disturbing. He said he was smart ad that they didn't expect him to have a head for business but his mind is not always on his music. Then he stated that he was walking away owning half of SONY and he knew he was going to be killed as well. His close friends and relatives say he was convinced he'd be poisoned soon. Then he created that album where the top hit around the world (but it was not big here as it was not given any air time) was "They Don't Really Care About Us!" C'mon. He was def murdered.
And the way he died?! All so strange. I think Randy Quaid is on to something w his "star whackers" theory.
