Yes I could try doing that, I know for a while we stopped that because we were getting really high voter turn out but really low actual participation but I might try a message.

I usually do the message. I feel the guidelines are clearly stated so it shouldn't be a problem
I would try a broadcast message before it gets to the point where a run-off poll would be necessary.
