I hate to sit around, lay around, or Anything idle. I have to be doing something.

I hate to admit this but I'm perky. Probably bugs the heck out of some people but I'm like the Energizer bunny in the morning. I'm raring to go and grinning from ear to ear.

I get up, start coffee, lay in bed 10 min then get that first cup of eye opener, writing or researching early in AM when all is quiet

There are days getting out of bed is highly overrated....

The romantics are in the first group. Staying in bed and dreaming a bit. Nothing complicated. Simple, but pleasing, like lying there discussing my plans and yours for the day that has opened before us. David

Coffee is prepared the night before and set to autostart in the morning so when I get up the cofee is READY. I want my morning coffee.

Wow, I see I'm a definite minority here. I'm one of those awful and annoying people who wakes virtually instantly when my eyes open, and it's impossible for me to relax after that. I do love hanging out in the morning with a big mug of strong breakfast tea and the day's paper...especially the Sunday paper with all the sales flyers and the crossword puzzle.

A little daydream about my fave book hunk isn't a bad way to start the day!

What a great discussion! And yes, Leah...I am sure you are annoying...wonderfully so! I have a sister who sings in the morning! What!! Wild. :)
