Amalie, I'd love to join in because these all look like very interesting choices, but I don't feel I can vote because I have such a backlog of things to do after my trip to Russia that I can't commit to anything. But I shall be lurking!
Hi Amalie!! I feel badly that I haven't participated in any of the group reads since Anna Karenina!! I'm juggling three books right now, and it's been taking me VERY long to read them because I've been so busy with work.I just voted in the Oct/Nov poll because the book I voted for I have already read (around a year ago), and I still have my copy of it. Since I've already read it, and REALLY ENJOYED IT -- A LOT -- I can skim through the pages (and reread the parts I don't remember much about), so if the book I voted for does win as the group read, I will definitely be able to participate in the discussion!!!
It would be nice to be part of a discussion with this group again!!!
