They argue that the molecules most likely to eventually become life developed by natural selection. Hogwash. Inorganic molecules form, and change, according to the known laws of chemistry and physics. Inorganic molecules do not compete with each other for food; they do not pass their genes on to other inorganic molecules; they do not have a means for passing on successful traits.”
