Priscilla Raykoske Thank you for mentioning this book, Mary Ann. Yes, I have read most of his works. This one goes to the top of the current "have to read" list.

Mary Ann He also has a new one coming out this year, don't remember the title or release date but I am still trying to catch up on the others he has written. I would also reccommend Jaime Ford's "Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet." He has a new one out as well but I haven;t had a chance to read it yet.

Priscilla Raykoske Thank you, Mary Ann. If you think that folks who "retire," get to read more than those who are still in the "wonderful World of Work,".....think again ! My Volunteer projects have more than taken over my "dedicated reading time." Making time to do the things that you REALLY WANT TO DO, is an art. Cultivate this art. Learn to say "NO" and mean it!Reading has been just one of my pleasures, since I was a tot. I Try not no make my "Want to Read This" list too long, so as not to become frustrated over not EVER reaching the end of the list. Thank you, again for your

Mary Ann Any time! We shouldn't even talk about my TBR list! let alone the piles of books I haven't read. Every year I think I make fewer and fewer dents in them.
Happy Reading!

Priscilla Raykoske So, do you, like I, feel somewhat like a "Hamster on a Wheel," when your Book List is in front of you ? Funny, but I have "condensed" mine to a "Mini-Sized" Journal that I found in an Antique Shop Used Book section. I treasure it for the unique beauty and the usefulness of this "re-purposed treasure." Happy reading to you, Mary Ann.

Mary Ann LOL- I have a small notebook where I make a monthly TBR list. every couple of months I go through and see if what's there still interests me. If not I type it onto a word processor document so I still have them but they're not on the 'hot and happening' list. Right now I am only a month behind on my list, but that could quickly change. Of course none of the books I actually own and haven't read are on there. And there are piles of those. I need a good six months with nothing to do but read- that would make me feel a lot better!
