I've been rec'd this 3x as well. But I heard there is no romance? I need a sprinkle. Lol. But I might read it.

I've only read the first book, so I don't know about "no romance." I love Oberon, the dog, though, so I didn't mind that there wasn't a romantic interest in this first book. Atticus and Oberon all the way is my hope for this series. ;-) (I'm like you, I usually like at least a sprinkle of romance, too.)

The romance is a 'late bloomer' in this series
I'm fixin to start the 4th book in the series. Romance is sorta been hinted at. I usually like some romance in my books as well. But these are so different and so much fun that it's not noticeably missed.
