This one admittedly BARELY fits your request- I mean, the MMC is admittedly super duper rich and they do fall in love BUT its less about him being rich and more about the fact that they have to stop a zombie invasion before its too late! it does have spice, and an HEA, and even though it barely fits I added it anyway because its REALLY good
