This one really isn't a Beauty and the Beast retelling; the plot is quite different. But it uses elements of and themes from that story, and it's one of my absolute favorite books. (Though from reviews, it seems like a lot of people don't click with it like my weird self does, soooo... lol... maybe I should remove this recommendation)

Thank you! And I’m actually trying to find different books. I’m getting sick of booktok books tbh and want to find more quality books. So I’ll def give this one a shot!
