sounds like it's worth a try -- what is with the crime? I don't like reading disturbing parts...
It's been a while since I last read this, so I don't remember the specifics of the 'ancient crime', but I don't recall it being anything appalling. It's a humorous and lighthearted read, cleverly plotted and engagingly written. :-)
