Colleen’s recommendation of Where'd You Go, Bernadette > Likes and Comments

Hey Thanks Colleen! I have this on audiobook but hadn't started it yet. Think I'll get it for my Nook and start reading. I appreciate the recommendation. From looking at your list of favorite books we seem to share many of the same ones. Would you please let me know what you think of "And the Mountains Echoed"? I'd really appreciate it.

I'll definitely let you know about And the Mountains Echoed. I had to work all day today and had an event to go to this evening, so I haven't had a chance to read much of it yet. (Don't you just hate when everyday life gets in the way of reading books?!?)

Oh, and if you decide to read Where'd You Go Bernadette, definitely READ it, don't listen to it. Because of the way it's written (in the form of emails, receipts, letters, etc.) I think it would be a bit confusing to listen to it.

Thanks for the tip--I'll start reading it after I finish two of the ones I am currently reading. I resisted reading Kite Runner until earlier this year when my best friend gifted it to me and I was so moved. I'm curious as to whether "Echoed" is nearly as good.
