I don't even know if there are any BWWM YM books, but it's a great idea and someone should write one.
Actually there are a few I've come across. Some are paranormal though.

Readers made a fuss and the book trailer helped to show what the heroine really looked like. With enough push the cover got changed to this: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-bUF9ole61-c...
Not completely on point but at least it was a step in the right direction. I still like the depiction of the characters on the trailer better. :-)
