Thank you both for your responses. I have not yet read the book I'm searching for, so no details, only that it's about a long-time friendship between two women. On another note, there are category choices for Kids, Young Adult but not one for older people! Why not!? There's a myriad of topics specific to aging, and I'm not referring to instructional 'how-to'; rather fictional stories of elder friends. Thanks
That's a question you'd have to ask the publishing industry! My Guess is that Middle Grade and YA are more like age ratings for films than topical
