Have you read Robin Hobb's three other series set in the same world as the 'Farseer' trilogy (Liveship Traders, The Tawny Man, The Rain Wild Chronicles)? If you liked the one, it's a pretty sure bet you'll like the others.
The Farseer Trilogy is all I have read of Robin Hobb so far. I am a fairly new to the fantasy genre and enjoying it. Which series would you recommend next?
The 'Liveship Traders' trilogy (starting with Ship of Magic) comes next. It has an (almost) completely different cast of characters and takes place in a different part of the world than the 'Farseer' Trilogy (farther south), but then the third trilogy, 'The Tawny Man' returns to Fitz and ties the storylines from the first two trilogies together. I haven't read 'The Rain Wild Chronicles' yet myself, but hope to start on them soon. :-)
