Kris Good question. There used to be DilettanteMusic.com, but it closed in 2010. Last.fm has some social functionality, but it's not the same (and their server is overloaded at the moment). AllMusic.com has good reviews for classical, but it's not that social.

Athene Reiss Thanks for the suggestions. As you imply, neither of those is as good as goodreads is for books. Perhaps it's the literate nature of readers, or perhaps goodreads have just created a really good medium. Either way, it's very engaging, and it would be nice to have something similar for classical (and other) music.
